From cutting to loading, we manufacture each piece of furniture in our own production facility in just five days. How does that work? With a process we call swinging production: By moving in step with our customers’ rhythms and adapting our capacities to the needs of our customers through a variable shift and process system, we can provide the greatest possible flexibility. Rather than fluctuating delivery times, we have fluctuating production capacities. Detailed changes shortly before the start of production? No problem!

Of course, this requires a strict structure: Every part has its timing and every production step has its process.
