With more than 220 shops, Coffee Fellows is one of the largest coffee bar chains in Germany. Given the experience they had gained from collaborations in the hotel and coffee shop sectors, the project managers were sure that Tenbrink were capable of expanding the catering areas at Puma’s location in Herzogenaurach and in the Cube at Berlin’s main railway station. The aim was to implement the “food factory” concept here for the very first time. Also new to Coffee Fellows, this is a concept that combines a variety of catering options in a food court setting, similar to a market hall.

For our client, it was important to work with a company that could plan and implement both the general contractor services at both locations and the furnishings. We were the perfect partner to do this. Both projects were brand-new buildings.
