With large, individually designed studios, full 4-star hotel services and the cool lifestyle of Australia, Adina Apartment Hotels are conquering the travel landscape. In 170 studios across 6 floors and around 4,600 sqm, large-scale oak elements, leather looks as well as stone and brass applications create a design that just makes you feel good! To realise the new Cologne hotel, Adina relied on Tenbrink’s expertise: In addition to the furniture, fixtures & equipment (FF&E) and wallpapering work, we were responsible for furnishing the fitness area, lobby, conference room and back of house.

Close communication with the customer was particularly important for completion on schedule. It was a logistical challenge to bring together the most diverse materials and components, whether they were kitchen appliances, stone materials, LED lights, wallpaper, pictorial art and, above all, room and lobby furniture – they only all came together on the construction site. The change management that was necessary until shortly before completion required extreme short-term planning and implementation. From project development and project preparation to its implementation, Tenbrink was a proactive partner at all times – always “close at hand” and outcome-oriented.
