Renovations during ongoing operations are our absolute core competence. This was exactly what was needed in Fitness First’s ten new fitness studios: For each one, a new lounge and reception area was required, which needed to be realised without disturbing the customers during their training. The newly designed lounge and reception area, each approx. 150 sqm in size, is almost reminiscent of a hotel lobby. Modern design, a harmonious mix of colours and comfy sofas invite you to chill out and chat before or after a workout or to fortify yourself with a drink from the self-service area. Information about the new courses is available at the reception desk, a special highlight of the interior concept.

As the general contractor, we implemented all the trades, from painting, flooring, carpentry and electrical work to tiling. Material planning and logistics on the construction sites during the coronavirus pandemic proved to be challenging.
