The Straubing Grand Hotel – a name that unites tradition and history. Thanks to our Tenbrink team, today it’s modern in every way behind its historic walls: Whether it’s the rooms, lobby, bar, café, wine cellar, or pool, each area has been equipped with great attention to detail and brought into the present.
While Bad Gastein presents itself to visitors as a small town with stunning views, thanks to its steep slopes around the waterfall and an elevation difference of around 80 meters in the center, these dimensions are quite challenging for a construction project – especially when the construction site access is regularly used by the only public transportation ski bus line, and the road construction office is already gearing up to rebuild the access road. Thanks to our experience with challenging logistics, our on-site team was neither deterred by the tight schedule nor the limited space and completed the project on time and within budget.
Our team set out to bring life back to every room. Everywhere, visitors are greeted by historical elements such as the grand staircase, centuries-old murals, or towering columns. Just as colorful as the stories of the past may have been, the architects boldly designed a variety of colors and materials that make every room an experience.
When a lost place becomes a modern gem that honors its history, one can be proud to be part of that story. If even every lamp has its personal place, guests will certainly find their own favorite spots as well.
